Pulsara’s Customer Success Specialist is accountable for serving as a Pulsara platform expert with specific attention to customer health, platform adoption, and optimal utilization leading to contract renewal.

Pulsara’s Customer Success Specialist is responsible for expanding the sales pipeline while strengthening and engaging existing customers.  To be considered for this position, you must be able to excel at the following job functions:


Primary Job Functions:

  • Responsible for establishing a customer-facing success plan and best-practice recommendations to serve as the foundation for customer success.
  • Responsible for ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the Pulsara platform. 
  • Responsible for incorporating opportunities for improvement into the account management processes. 
  • Assist with creating, monitoring, and updating training tools for Ambulance customers, Hospital customers, and new members of the Customer Success team. 
  • Work with all regional team members to develop and meet regional sales and customer success goals. 
  • Responsible for understanding key clinical metrics and requirements to assist in developing and implementing the Pulsara Platform. 
  • Collaborate with Pulsara’s Implementation team on the transition of new customers to the account management phase.

  • The ability to perform in a collaborative setting with a strong desire and track record to be a critical part of a highly functioning, geographically distributed team.
  • The ability to work independently in a technology-based environment, with access to high-speed internet for internal and customer-facing videoconferencing.
  • Proficiency in general business technology, with the ability to quickly master new applications such as Google Suite and the Customer Success platform.  
  • An understanding of Australian data-privacy compliance requirements.


Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or Technology is desired.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with proficient knowledge of SaaS-model companies and healthcare-industry standards. 
  • Customer-service experience/training and a demonstrated passion for professional development.
  • A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Travel:

  • Position requires up to 25% travel within Australia.
